Raymond Mulkey Owner 910.483.3878 (office) 910.483.4379 (fax)	Ray is a managing partner of Southeastern Insurance Services, LLC, and has more than 29 years in the insurance industry. Prior to his insurance career, he was a Trust Officer for two of North Carolina’s banks. Ray is a member of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce; Highland Country Club; Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina, Inc.; a member of the Executive committee and a founder of New Century Bank. He is a graduate of Campbell University with a BS in Business Administration. Ray enjoys golf and reading in his spare time.
James H. Smith Owner 910.483.3878 (office) 910.483.4379 (fax)	Jimmy is a licensed Property and Liability Agent, holds an unlimited building contractors license and was previously licensed for Series 7 Securities, Series 6 and 63 and Life. Jimmy is the Operating Member/Partner of Southeastern Insurance Services, LLC. He is a native of Fayetteville. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BA Degree; attended the Mortgage Banking School at the University of Miami; attended MAI Appraisal School, Wake Forest University. He is President of Springer, Inc., a building and development company; member of Highland Presbyterian Church; Highland Country Club; and the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. He is past President of Cumberland County Cancer Society; Past President of Cumberland County American Cancer Society; Past President of Fayetteville Mortgage Banker Association and Fayetteville Exchange Club. He is married to Debra, who is an elementary school teacher and they have a son, Bryce, who also works for the agency. Jimmy enjoys boating, golf, traveling, and is an active founding Board Member and Executive Committee Member of New Century Bank of Fayetteville.

She is a native of Fayetteville and recently moved back “home” from Charleston SC. For the past six years she attended the College of Charleston where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communication and went into banking after graduating in 2003. Molly is an active member of First Presbyterian Church, Highland County Club, Independent Agents of NC, and the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville. Molly loves to travel with her family and friends and loves revisiting Charleston, of course.

She owned her own agency (Allen & Associates) from 1988 until merging with Southeastern Insurance Services in January of 2002. A graduate of Kings College, she is a native of Laurinburg and has lived in Fayetteville for more than 20 years. She is married and has a daughter, Katie.

In 1987, she moved to Florida and spent 19 years as a property & casualty Account Manager in personal and commercial lines. She moved to North Carolina in June and began working with Southeast Insurance Services as a commercial lines customer service representative in July of 2006. She has three children. Tracey is a nurse practitioner for Gainesville Hematology Oncology in Gainesville, Florida. Jamie has her masters in teaching and is currently at home in Raeford, North Carolina, with Connie's first grandchild, Ella. Travis is in the Marines stationed at Camp LaJeune. Connie's favorite past time now is spending time with her granddaughter, born 08-10-06. She also enjoys reading, fishing, boating, and traveling.

She is a licensed Property, Liability, Life and Accident Health Agent. She serves on the agents Advisory Council for EMC Insurance Co.; Agency Management Committee and Education Committee for the Independent Agents of North Carolina; Director for the Mid-Atlantic AMS Computer Users Group; Charter member of the Fayetteville Association of Insurance Professionals; Member of Networth, a Professional Women’s Association and the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. She served on the National Communication Committee for the AMS Computer Users Group. She has volunteered as a tutor the Urban Ministry Adult Reading Program. She is a member of Village Baptist Church, and on the school committee and daycare/preschool committee for Village Christian Academy. She is a native of Fayetteville. She is married to Archie Bullard; they have a son and a grandson, Macon. She enjoys reading; traveling, cooking, gardening and watching Macon play soccer.

A native of Pennsylvania, she has lived in Fayetteville for over 27 years. Carrie graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Administrations. She is a Ham Radio Operator and a member of the Cape Fear Amateur Radio Society, which is a community service club. During her down time, you will usually find Carrie with a book in front of her, as she is an avid reader. She shares her home with her husband, Fred and their three cats.

He attended school at the Fayetteville Academy from grades 1-12, and graduated in the top 10% of his class in 1982. He started his college career at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and then attended East Carolina University until his father's death in 1988. He left ECU as a senior to move back to Fayetteville, NC, to run the family-owned insurance agency, Vardell Godwin Insurance Agency. As an agent, he was on several insurance company advisory boards and was the top producer for many years. He was President and the only producer of Vardell Godwin Insurance for 19 years. He is now a producer for Southeastern Insurance Services.

He graduated from East Carolina University where he earned double Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Management, and a Master’s of Business Administration. He is licensed in Property and Liability Insurance, Life Insurance, and is also a Real Estate Agent. Lee is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina and the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville. Lee spends most of his spare time traveling with his family and friends, and when he is not on the road you can usually find him on a golf course, or at an ECU college football or UNC basketball game.

Donna served in the US Air Force, graduated from Lafayette Business College with an Associates Degree in Business. She serves as the Treasurer of the Lafayette Village / South Hills Community Watch Program. Her hobbies are bowling, sewing, gardening, and watching her grandson play hockey. She is also a mother with two sons, three grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
