James H. Smith

Jimmy is a licensed property and casualty agent and has previously held an unlimited building contractor’s license. He also has been licensed for Series 7 Securities, Series 6 and 63, as well as life and health. Jimmy is the principal owner of Southeastern Insurance Services, Inc. and is a native of Fayetteville. He received his BA from the University of South Carolina, attended the mortgage banking school at the University of Miami, and the MAI appraisal school at Wake Forest University. Jimmy is a member of Millstone Partners, LLC/Putt-Putt, Highland Development, and Breakwater Partners. He is also an active apartment developer in Fayetteville and Raleigh. Jimmy is a member of Highland Presbyterian Church and Highland Country Club. He is past president of the Cumberland County Cancer Society and was a founding director of New Century Bank.

Hettie D. Bullard, CIC, AAI, CBIA, CPIW

Account Manager/Producer Commercial Lines

Hettie has over forty-five years in the insurance industry having owned her own agency, Bullard Insurance, from 1984 until merging with Southeastern in 2002. She is a licensed Property/Casualty and Life/Health agent in North and South Carolina. She has earned several designations including Certified Professional Insurance Woman, Accredited Advisor in Insurance, Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Builders Insurance Agent, and is currently working on the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist designation. She is a graduate of Worth Business College with a Junior Accounting degree and also graduated from the Insurance Institute of America in General Principles of Insurance. Hettie previously served on the Agents Advisory Council for EMC Insurance Company. She is an active member of Village Baptist church where she has also served on the School Committee for Village Christian Academy. She is a native of Fayetteville and enjoys reading,traveling, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her grandson Macon.

Lisa Allen-Green

Personal Lines Manager

Lisa is a licensed Property/Casualty and Life/Health agent with twenty-eight years of experience in the insurance industry.She owned her own agency, Allen & Associates, Inc. from 1988 until merging with Southeastern in 2001. Lisa is licensed in North and South Carolina is the Personal Lines Manager for Southeastern Insurance Services. She graduated from Kings College in Charlotte, North Carolina. Originally from Laurinburg, she has resided in Fayetteville since 1982. Lisa has one daughter, Katie who attends Terry Sanford High School. In her spare time Lisa enjoys cooking, gardening, and playing golf.

Carrie G. Deem, CIC, CBIA, CISR

Operations Administrator, Commercial Lines

Carrie is a licensed property/casualty and life/health agent in North and South Carolina. She has over twenty-three years of insurance experience in both commercial and personal insurance. She has earned her Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Builders Insurance Agent, and Certified Insurance Service Representative designations. Carrie began with Southeastern Insurance at its inception in 2001. Carrie resides in Fayetteville with her husband Fred, with whom she enjoys riding motorcycles.

Amanda B. Daniels

Personal Lines

Amanda began her career with Southeastern in 2001 as the receptionist. She became a licensed property and casualty agent in 2002 where she has since worked as a personal lines producer and account representative. Amanda lives in Fayetteville where she enjoys spending time with her two daughters.

Wendy Trotter

Personal Lines

Wendy is licensed property and casualty agent for North Carolina. Wendy has over ten years experience in personal lines insurance. She joined Southeastern in 2009 where is a personal lines account representative. A native of Erwin NC, she now lives in Fayetteville. Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Suzanne Dudley

Producer

Suzanne is licensed property/casualty and life/health agent. She began with Southeastern over two years ago as a producer. Prior to that she worked with Wachovia bank for twelve years, starting as a teller and finishing as an Area Sales Development Manager. She earned her Business Degree from UNC Wilmington. Suzanne is a member of the Junior League of Fayetteville, has served on the YMCA Board, helped campaign for the United Way annual fund raiser, volunteered weekly for two years at the Stanton Hospitality House when it first opened, and served as President of a local Investment club for women. She also is a member of the LaFayette Lady slippers Garden Club. Suzanne is member of Highland Presbyterian Church where she taught Sunday school for 13 years, served as a Stevens Minister, was a member of the Children’s Education Committee, and now serves on the church Session. She is on the Blue Jean Ball committee for the Child Advocacy Center and a third year Troop Leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop. Suzanne and her husband Bill have four children and live in Fayetteville. She enjoys reading, exercising, snow skiing, going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Dawn D. Caison

Producer

Dawn is a licensed property/casualty and life/health agent. She has been a producer with Southeastern Insurance Services for over three years. Prior to joining our team, Dawn graduated from UNCW and owned her own All State Agency for several years. She also owns another Fayetteville business, Hot Diggity Dog, with her husband Jim. She is a native of Fayetteville and daughter of longtime Fayetteville mayor, J.L. Dawkins. Dawn and her husband live in Fayetteville and have two children. Her daughter Evans attends UNC- Chapel Hill and son James, attends Terry Sanford High. Dawn enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and playing tennis.

Molly H. Alderman

Producer

Molly is a licensed North Carolina property and casualty agent and has been a commercial lines producer since 2005. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a BA in Mass Communications and worked in the banking industry for BB&T prior to joining our team. Molly, daughter of local developer Ralph Huff, convinced her husband Wells that they needed to be back home in Fayetteville. In 2005 they moved back and she started her career with Southeastern Insurance Services. Molly and Wells continue to live in Fayetteville with their two sons, Wells IV and Baker. In her spare time Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, sons, niece, and nephew. She likes going to the beach, hiking, and playing tennis.
